At Insatiable Melts, we prioritize delivering high-quality scented candles to our customers. As part of our commitment to your satisfaction and safety, we don't accept returns since the candles are customizable. We offer refunds only for damaged goods because we take the utmost care in packing your order and reaching it safely to you.

 

Refunds for Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged item, we require you to provide a video of the unboxing process within 48 hours of delivery. This video serves as proof of the condition of the item upon arrival. Upon verification, we will initiate a refund for the damaged item.
